Still, they have not sent me permission to log in so I can try either to get the voices to work properly or to delete them out of the program. Tried to log into the user forum but you have to sign up and they to approve you to get in. There was no real information on the error that was helpful in solving my problem. Thought about trying to delete the voices out of the system that are causing the error, but they have nothing on this in the help sections either.Īs of today's date, I still have had no e-mails from the company on solving the problem. It took some time, but I finally found a link on the websight that allowed me to upgrade the program. Company never answered original e-mails. I e-mailed the company twice looking for information on how to upgrade to version 3.0. My backup of the voices was fine, but my copy of TextAloud 2.0 was not.
For the last week, I have been e-mailing the company trying to get a error corrected and no one has answered any of my e-mails.
